Lawson Vaughn is a former professional soccer player and current trainer who has over 20 years of experience in the sport. He is the founder of Flight 1 Soccer. 

Lawson has coached and trained players of different ages and skill levels, from beginners to college-level. He has worked with various soccer clubs, schools, and organizations in the United States. He has also participated in several soccer camps and clinics, where he shared his knowledge and expertise with other coaches and trainers.

Lawson’s coaching philosophy is based on developing the technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game. He believes that soccer is not only a sport, but also a way of life. He strives to help his players improve their skills, confidence, and passion for the game.

Lawson’s goal is to make each player better every session. His core values center around development of fundamentals, fitness, and soccer IQ.
